Group Privacy Policy

All our companies under the DK Group umbrella are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

Many of our companies operate their own websites independently, but all companies will operate under a Group Privacy Policy. Each company may provide additional notices to you about its data protection and information security practises, and this privacy policy should be read in conjunction with any additional notices.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We will collect and process the following information about you:

This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our websites or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise and includes information you provide when you register to use or site, subscribe to our services, use the services provided by our site, when you provide information requested by us for the verification of your identity. This right will only apply where (for example): you dispute the accuracy of the personal data held by us; or where you would have the right to require us to erase the personal data but would prefer that our processing is restricted instead; or where we no longer need to use the personal data achieve the purpose we collected it for, but you require the data for the purposes of dealing with legal claims.

Right 5: A right to receive personal data, which you provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format. You also have the right to require us to transfer this personal data to another organisation, at your request.

Right 6: A right to object to our processing of personal data held by us about you (including for the purpose of sending marketing materials to you).

Right 7: A right to withdraw your consent, where we are relying on it to use your personal data (for example, to provide you with marketing information about our services or products).
